Bulk trash is currently picked up on a pre-set schedule. Click here to view the annual schedule. (Please note: Belvoir is in Area 3.)

Bulk trash includes items like furniture, mattresses, TVs, and appliances. The complete list of non-acceptable items is longer and includes items such as construction materials, propane tanks, glass and mirrors, etc. Check out  Chattanooga.gov for a larger list of do’s and don’ts.

Please note: The truck used for pickup is large and needs overhead clearance. Place the items near a public street away from overhead lines, hydrants, and street signs. 

Brush is picked up on the same schedule as bulk trash. Click here to view the schedule. Separate trucks are used for brush pickup, so don’t mix the two.

Leaf pick up is done with separate trucks that pick up loose leaves piled near the curb. Currently, leaf pickup must be scheduled through calling 311 or by using the 311 app.
